An exciting permanent part-time opportunity has become available for a Links Restaurant Supervisor.  In this part time role you will be working a minimum average of 28.75 hours per week supporting the Food and Beverage Precinct Manager (Leisure) in providing exceptional customer service to our Links customers whilst also offering guidance, training and support to the team to ensure the smooth running of a shift. 

About you: 

• Strong relevant Food and Beverage experience in either Bars, Restaurants or Conferencing and Events. 

• Experience in a supervisory position, with demonstrated skills in supervising, training and coaching staff. 

• A passion for exceptional service delivery and the hospitality industry. 

• Capacity to work independently, to make decisions and show initiative whilst operating within the organisational boundaries. 

• Exceptional communication, administration, and time management skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, often under pressure. 

• A demonstrated alignment to our company principles. 

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Current or willing to obtain Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate and Keno Writer certification. 

• Excellent availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
